In order to top up your Kisstel account you can choose from 2 options:

1. Bank transfer

Transfer the required amount, specifying your customer number, to the following account:

Do not forget to submit your customer number since we are unable to guarantee prompt booking without it.

Please be aware if you transfer less than 10,- euros, a 3,- euro processing fee is charged.
As soon as we have received your payment, we will credit it to your Kisstel account. This can take up to 3 bank working days. If you have registered a valid e-mail address with us you will receive an invoice by e-mail.

2. Credit card payment

In your customer area at Kisstel select "Credit Card" to top up your account using credit card.

Your account will be credited immediatelly. If you have registered a valid e-mail address with us you will receive an invoice by e-mail.
